One guy managing the entire customer in line. Was in line for my turn for 30+ minutes.... just to return the car ... No smiles, no courtesy, nothing. seriously guys? Are you in Service business ?

I love this Avis company. Randy is always really friendly and I have never had any problems with renting there, even on the same day reservation. The cars are always clean with a full tank of gas. I have been there when people were not happy with the type of car they were receiving and the car was changed for them in less than 10 minutes, including walking out to the new car to make sure it was what they wanted (they wanted a SUV and originally got a minivan because they were in the same class- nothing was wrong with the van) It is easy to drop off the keys for a night return. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to recommend them!

Terrible customer service. I've rented from Avis in 3 different cities over the last two months with no problems. This location has different little rules to rent than the other locations, and denied my rental even with thousands in my bank account. The clerk was like, "yeahhh...sorry, nothing I can do."
