Something is wrong.  Be forewarned. On a recent vacation we were trying to decide whether to rent out of Sedona, Prescott or Flagstaff.  Made a confirmed reservation at Sedona but when I drove over an hour to get there they said there were no cars available. A couple of days later I made another confirmed reservation at Sedona.  I called in the morning and they "guaranteed" to me that I would have a car.   I checked in again in the afternoon and they again "guaranteed" me a car.   But when I arrived later there were no cars.  After waiting for 20 minutes I was about to leave when one car arrived.  They acted that I should feel lucky to have actually gotten a car.  Other car rental companies don't act that way.

Make SURE and talk to at least TWO people there via phone for rates/ They can change from agent to agent and also check how to pay for it. A debit card thats OK anywhere in the free world is not good there although Enterprise will rent to 21 year olds............figure that one out. They do have a good selection. Try some major places and see the one or two choices. I guess depends on the time of the season, ect.

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Milwaukee airport was excellent.  I was given a brand-new upgrade vehicle, and the process was seamless.  The staff were both courteous and efficient.  I was very pleased with the entire experience.
