I needed a large vehicle for visitors form the UK. A Ford Expedition, which had plenty of room.  Everyone at this location was helpful, friendly. Overall   I dealt with four people. I did upgrade, once saw all the extra space. We needed it for all our gear. The Enterprise person took the time to show me the vehicle. Over the week the every thing worked well. I was able to return the vehicle in a matter of moments.

I seem to rent from Enterprise often, but this was the first time at this location.

My husband and I do not travel or take vacations often but when renting a rental car we always us Enterprise. This trip to the Phoenix, AZ area was fast and easy. We picked the car up off the airport and returned at the airport. Everything when nice and smooth.

EVERY time I rent a car from Enterprise, I have THE best experience !!
All the employees are upbeat, cheerful, helpful and efficient. Things are easy, check-ins and returns are smooth and quick. For all of these reasons, PLUS the fact that they pick me up and give me a ride home makes it a no brained that they are the only company I rent from.
 You all are amazing. Thanks for the outstanding customer service.

Cooper at this location was simply phenomenal in his customer service delivery. He helped me with the car rental the day I picked up the vehicle. This gentleman was flawlessly professional and courteous. He took the time to ask questions to make sure the car I was renting was suitable. I highly recommend Enterprise especially this location. My overall experience here have always been consistently positive from pick up to drop off, and the entire staff seem to genuinely care that you are satisfied and leave happy.  Ask for Cooper when you get there and expect to be delighted!

Just an overall, great and friendly location to rent from. Everyone is always so helpful and welcoming. Cooper is the man tho...he always comes through no matter what, even if it's a last minute request. He makes it happen every time. Appreciate everyone there.
