On 2/24/18 I was having repairs done for my own vehicle that unexpectedly broke down, I took my car to caliber collision and they assist me with a rental, MR Chris the mangers assist me right making sure that one my daughter birthday wouldn’t go into a worst day ever for her, and 2 he made sure we had a rental for my family and I, he was quick and explained to me the step and answered my questions. I recommend anyone to go to this place and rent a vehicle by the employee that work there here nice the assist you quickly and make sure everything is good and safe. Thank you !!!!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Enterprise in Surprise Arizona.  Chris Brown went above and beyond in customer service, Enterprise should be extremely lucky to have such a great employee who takes great pride in his work and customer satisfaction!  I will highly recommend Enterprise to my friends and family..

We would never rent from this location again.  We had a reservation, but when we arrived we waited over 90 minutes before there was a car for us.  I believe that they do not have any cars at this location, but rely on returns.  The employee was vague at the beginning about how long we would wait, “we’re bringing in a car for you from another location”.  When a couple returned their car, it had to be cleaned and that was the car we were given.  The employee did give us a substantial discount. The wait time was rediculous and therefore I could not recommend this location to anyone.  You might be fortunate and get a car right away, however, because the process here relies on returns to supply outgoing rentals, it is unreliable.  We emailed our concerns to Enterprise while we waited and never heard back from anyone.

I will NEVER rent a car from this company or this location again.  I was charged an extra day for use on a vehicle that I did not use.  I have been trying to get it corrected for almost a month.  Everyone at the local location is not helpful.  I keep being told that Chris the manage will handle it and I never get a return call.  Finally spoke to Hanna on Monday.  She was very condescending and she is one of the rudest customer service individuals I have ever spoken to.  I received their corporate office #.  I called and I am supposed to be getting a call back from a Regional Manager which in 7 days has not happened.  I would highly caution you in renting a car from this company if you have any issues they will not get resolved.  As of now I am at 10 phone calls and explaining my situation at least 8 times. I am also out the time it has taken me to get zero resolution to my problem.

I had to rent a car due to my Jeep going to the shop. I did a search and saw there was an Enterprise close to my house at Sands Chevrolet. I walk in and am immediately taken care of. I had pre-filled the information on the website (highly recommend). I was given a shop discount b/c my car was in the shop, which bought the price down even more. Big Plus! I wish I had payed attention to the name of the women who took care of me. She was great and made the experience quick and easy. I was out in less than 15 mins.Thank you Enterprise for your amazing service!
