The most affordable car rental I’ve ever used. However, beware, you get what you paid for. I rented a Kia Soul for 4 days, totaling $50. They will try to up charge you for extra drivers, insurance, etc. Read the agreement carefully and simply decline the extra services you don’t need. Will definitely do business here in the future.

Very misleading. I went online and ordered a Toyota sequoia for $200. However, when I picked up the car I was told that was not available. I showed my reservation on my phone with the sequoia I ordered.. They said in a rude voice didn't you read the agreement? Was informed the agreement said that I have a Utah driver's license and since I'm a Utah resident I'm not eligible for the vehicle I ordered... Duh! If you had read the agreement you would have known Duh! ... I was told I'd get unlimited miles... Again replied with agreement duh! ... Ended up asking for the manager and he was just as patronizing as the employees I was speaking with... I ended getting tons of up sells and ended up paying twice as much for a vehicle that has bald tires that wouldn't pass inspection.. The 12v power ports don't work and the vehicle was extremely dirty when I picked it up.... I now know why this place had a bunch of 1 star reviews... They SUCK! My next complaint will be with a better business bureau.

The sales associate straight up lied to us about the price of gasoline to try and make us sign up for the deal where they fill the car up for you. She claimed that the cost of gas was $3.50 elsewhere, so their plan was a better deal. During my weeks stay I did not see a single gas station whose price was less than $2.50. They are dishonest. Luckily we did not believe them anyways and told them we would fill it up ourselves.

Horrible customer service, the lady was really rude and had a very poor attitude.   They have false advertisement.  It was supposed to be unlimited miles until we got there to pick it up and find out it says unlimited miles but under the terms and conditions it comes with 250 miles a day.  Doesn’t make since at all.

What an absolute joke!  My experience with E-Z Car Rental was terrible and I will NEVER use their services again!  We waited 30 minutes at the Denver airport for the E-Z Car Rental shuttle while watching shuttles from Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, etc. driving by every 10 minutes.  I had rented a Toyota Camry or similar.....and after going through all the paperwork and process of renting the car I walked to the parking lot only to find that I would be driving a Mini-van.  I walked back in to talk to the rep and he dismissed me almost as if I didn't exist while saying, "That's all we have!"  The Mini-van was filthy with mud still caked on the floors and the state registration for the vehicle was EXPIRED.  I could go on  and on and on but suffice it to say my experience was horrible and again, I will NEVER rent a car from E-Z car rental again.
