Avoid this location! Today is the 2nd time I’ve been here for rental since I decided to give it another try. Always only have 1 person working on weekends. First car they gave me was dirty and the car smelled like if someone was recently in it smoking, smell was so strong it made my stomach hurt and had to return it. They hardly have cars so when I returned they gave me a smaller car 😑. When I arrived, there was people waiting and he was helping somebody and he went out to inspect the car with the person but with me he had people waiting also that he didn’t want to come out to inspect it because he said it was busy. How is it that he couldn’t do that when we got there at first and people were waiting he didn’t do the same and helped us instead of making us wait. We were here for almost 2 hours. Bad customer service from the guy that works here, unsatisfied. This will be my last time I come here no doubt about it and same thing I suggest others that are reading this. Don’t waist your time here.

We broke down on our way from CA to UT and had to rent a vehicle for the rest of our trip.  tiara was amazing and helped us get a vehicle quickly.  Tiara had us in laughter the whole process and made us forget the stress we were feeling in this very stressful situation.  10/10 would come here again.  Thank you so much!!!!

I have never reviewed anything before, but the service is horrible! I had reservations. It is an hour beyond my reservation time and they say there are still no vehicles available! I was trying this location for business purposes, so I really needed things on time. I probably won't book here again.

A bit disorganized, causing abnormally long waits for a car rental place. Both cars I rented were not cleaned, and the first had multiple maintenance lights flashing when I picked it up. At least there's pretty cheap rates if you're renting because your car is in the shop.

Waiting 50 minutes for a Hertz pickup after calling multiple times and being promised they would be on time. I don't think I have ever had a positive experience with Hertz.
