Excellent location for Busch Gardens & Water Country USA trip. Facility is new and well-maintained. Very friendly staffs - I was greeted by warm smiles from everyone. Breakfast with the choices of protein (scrambled eggs and turkey/pork sausages were nice!) and greek yogurt was a big plus!

Hotel is new and well decorated. The rooms are nice and have a nice modern flair. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel was at full capacity when we stayed and the breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up but did their best with so many guests. The breakfast seating area was so full that we had to sit in the lobby area. Staff was friendly and helpful. The nightly rate was high for the hotel class and area.

It's good place. Very clean, modem and new. I would've liked a little more selection at the breakfast. Bring a sweater as the hall ways are keep extremely cold. I like how clean the room was and the bathroom were.

Staff was very active and accommodating when i my friends needed anything. Breakfast tasted great and was consistently refilled. Our room was well lit and easy to find. My stay was more than enjoyable

This was our first time staying at this hotel. At check-in the lady at the front desk was very nice and gave me her full attention. Upon entering our room, we thought it was a nice room. We got a room with 2 queen beds. Room had a desk, small sofa chair, mini fridge and a safe. One nice to have perk for me was that they had USB outlets. Worked out well for me since I only had my charging cable. We needed an extra blanket, so we called the front desk and they brought one to our room within a few minutes. Next morning we enjoyed their​ complimentary breakfast. It was pretty good. They had this machine that made 2 pancakes for you when clicking on the start button which was cool and convenient. They also had fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, biscuits, cereal, sausage, cinnamon rolls and a few other things. While walking the hall, some of the staff stopped to say hi to our kids and ask how they were doing. Only negative thing I experienced was with their business area. Computers were slow and the printer was not working. Overall I would say this was a great stay and I will more than likely be back.
