I walked into this location looking for a car for my wife and I was extremely impressed with the full service I was offered. The salesman we dealt with was Kevin, and he made our experience one I will never forget. My wife loves her mini, and to be honest, I don't mind driving it myself. The car handles great and is spacious for a big guy like myself. They have all types of new and used cars to choose from. Very happy with my service at this location. Kevin gave us A+ service, and we even had a few good laughs in the process.

I walked in here only knowing one thing; I need a new car. I know hardly anything about cars or how to get a good deal. Luckily Kevin Notter was there to help me. He is a honest man and is far from the typical car salesman. He's non-confrontational and will listen to any concern that you might have. He basically wants what's best for the customer and he was able to get me a good deal on a Mini Cooper. I've had it for two weeks so far and it still runs great. Still has that new car smell too.

My experience with Mark D was one of the more pleasant sales experiences I had when I purchased my vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and made me feel right at home. The sales process did not feel rushed and he was very patient and  pointed me in the direction of the best car based off my budget and needs. I am extremely happy with my purchase and it couldn't have been possible without Mark. When looking for a new or used car, go and see Mark D!

I purchased a new Mini from Kevin, what an experience.  He was knowledgeable, energetic, and excited about the product he was representing.   We did not intend to buy a Mini, we were looking for a luxury car, but we left Mini of Orland Park with a Mini convertible and have not stopped smiling since.  We were impressed with the dealership, the customer service, and the financing.  An easy transition.  Thanks Kevin, we are looking forward to years of happy motoring in our fun vehicle.

Had mixed experiences with many other Mini dealers.  
I heard of the legendary coolness of Mark D so thought I'd see what all the hype is about.  The guy is professionalism to a tee.  
Told him my preferences and from there on the on the sales process was flawless.  Doing business with Mark is truly a pleasure.  Couldn't 
be happier with the experience and purchase.
