I had multiple conversations with 2 members of the service department about a specific issue I had with my Chevrolet Truck. In those conversations, it was displayed to me that there was a very good level of understand what the issue was. The Service Department Manager gave me his advice, in which I followed. I had even told him that a third party had given me a couple more tips to fix my issue. And even those were understood. So I agreed to place my truck in the hands of this person. After spending a heavy penny, and only waiting a few short days for the service, I drove my truck away. Only for it to break down with the same issue I had originally needed fixed in the middle of the highway at 4 o'clock in the morning. I had hopes that because it was less then 24 hours since it was released to me, that the people at Performance could help yet again. They did not. Reviewing the receipt, I found that nothing that the Service Department Manager and I had talked about prior was even performed. Save a diagnostic test. I was told that what was talked about in the phone calls was (1) not written down, or discussed with anyone else in the Service Department, (2) pertaining to the fix, it was "my words against his" (Service Department Manager & Tech). I asked for a very specific operation done to the vehicle. The manager stated that it could be done, and would be done. Nothing that I asked for was performed or even considered. There is a huge gap in the communication between the management and staff of Performance. So huge that it cost me my truck. I will never go or advise anyone to go to this place for anything next to a oil change.

This place has the most the most qualified Technician's to fix any make and model! Most "So called" mechanic's have Max 2 year's off college. Our Technician's have way more then that! Most shop's hire people with no education! You do the math, on who is better!

Performance Auto is great!  I bought a Jeep in Tooele.  Nathan was my sales person.  Great guy.  I put my moms name in for a Christmas wish as it has been a hard year - my brother passed in Nov - they reached out and took my Mom some food and presents.  Thank you Performance - your kindness really made my day and helped my Mom.  Your people were so friendly and kind, it helped Mom to forget for just a moment and surprised her. I am a performance car enthusiast, and I had my eye on a car that was traded into Performance Auto-mall in Tooele. I had an incredible experience here with Kelly from sales. Kelly got me behind the wheel and took me for the best test drive I have had -- not only because the car was fun to drive, but because he wanted me to experience the car in all driving environments to make sure I would be happy with it. He took his time with me and while he is a good salesman, he did not put on too much pressure. While I decided I couldn't let go of my current ride just yet, when I am ready I am sure I will be back! I have been to a lot of dealers and recommend these guys above all others, hands down! Ask for Kelly!

Took my Durango in for an airbag recall; waited 90 minutes for a shuttle ride home, never picked me up. Then after installing the recalled airbag, the airbag light pops up on now all the time in the dash, very annoying. I asked to fix the problem and they refused to do so. Service sucked totally, dealing with a bunch of paycheck zombies. Zero F*cks given for customer care.
