I bought a Mercedes E550 from Ramsey Used Car Center and my experience was phenomenal start to finish. Mike in finance was a great help during the whole process. I also worked with Doug King & David Turner who were very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. It was a very professional and smooth process! I am very pleased at the quality of vehicles that Ramsey Used Car Center has, especially my new Mercedes Benz which was in amazing condition when purchased. About a week or so after I purchased the vehicle I received a gift in the mail from Ramsey's Doug King which was some delicious fresh baked cookies and two coffee mugs! What a awesome experience! Thanks again to everyone at Ramsey! I am very pleased!

I bought a used car from here a little over two months ago. Everyone was nice and the process wasn't a hassle as I had a full cash offer. They put over a grand into fixing it up before sale and were flexible on the sale price to fit in my budget. I understood the car is "as is" and no warranty. Everything went smooth until about the last month or so, when my car started having issues with starting. This prompted me to look back at the receipt they supplied me with the mechanic's inspection sheet and all the fixes they made to the vehicle. It appeared the battery needed "urgent attention" during inspection and the receipt did not show anything was done to fix it. How can they spent over $1000 in repairs and neglect a simple battery that could cost around $100. Shrugged this off, went to have my battery checked anyway and it showed full charge and alternator in good condition. However, the connections to the battery were heavily corroded. Again, I understand the vehicle was sold "as is," however problem with starting the vehicle persisted and even got worse to now where I am not even able to start it. I got in touch with Ramsey in hopes they might be able to do a simple free diagnostic on it to see what needs to be done, since I purchased this car from them such a short time ago. We have a neighbor lady who says she bought a car from them in the past and there was an issue with her's. She contacted Ramsey and they assisted her with the help she requested, so I had high hopes they would offer a simple free diagnostic for me. However, I guess they are too cheap now to even do this. I have lost all respect for them now and will likely not be doing business with them in the future and will not be recommending anyone to go here for their car buying needs.

We worked with Bill and he was amazing to work with! We dealt with other dealerships who were very high pressure. However,  Bill's goal was to inform and to make sure we got everything we asked for. We were also very happy with our purchase.

I brought my family to look at Subarus.  My wife didn't want to go in, so I let her and my baby girl stay in the van, and my 4 year old boy and I walked in.  I was dressed nicely, am well groomed, my boy was behaving very well, and it was raining outside.  The dealer was essentially dead inside, minus an older couple already being helped.  I walked around looking at the cars in the showroom for over 10 minutes.  Not one single employee addressed me or even made eye contact. No one even so much as said, "be with you in a few minutes".  I circled the show room several times, with an obvious look of "I'd like to talk to somebody" and was completely ignored.

I've since been back and was treated "ok", after about 25 -30 minutes of looking outside.  If I decide a purchase is in my future  I doubt I'll be back.  I will drive to a different dealer for better service.
