I took my Hyundai Sonata to Safford Hyundai Collision Center to get fixed following an accident. I was originally assigned to interact and work with Geoff Duff (Collision Center Estimator) on my car issues. He is a VERY nice guy, but unfortunately he did not do a good job inspecting my car before returning it. It took over two weeks to get my car back for a job that was about $2500. Once my car was returned, I noticed the door I had to have replaced had paint drips in it, the lining was torn and falling off, and hardened glue on the inside of the door. I had to take the car back and it took another week to have the damage they caused repaired. Geoff brought the car around to me at Safford and much to my surprise, the paint job on the door and side was even worse! There was an area that had ZERO paint on it, a paint line going down the side, and it appeared that too much paint was applied to other areas. Geoff obviously didn't inspect my car for the second time and repeated that he gave me a free detailing so should appreciate that the inside of my car looked great. I told Geoff I wanted his manager, Brent Logan to call me immediately upon his arrival into work the next day. I met Brent the day I originally dropped my car off, and let's just say his customer service skills are lacking. Brent did NOT call me or respond to my emails, so I had to have my insurance company reach out to him a few days later. He was unable to provide assistance so I had to get in contact with his boss, Jim. Jim was very apologetic, kind, and offered to pick my car up from my place. It took ANOTHER week for my car to be worked on and when I had it returned the paint job was the EXACT same way as it was before. I called Jim and his only response was "I must be blind". Since Safford Hyundai Collision Center tried (and failed) THREE times to fix my car, Jim agreed that he would provide me a full refund on the paint job. He said he would contact Brent and I should see a return. I emailed Brent about two weeks later since I had not receive a refund and he responded with a less than friendly email that he would speak with Jim. After a few more weeks, I still did not hear a response, so I emailed Brent for a status update, to which he didn't even respond to. I finally had my insurance inspect my car, to which they immediately found the errors in the paint job. They contacted Safford to make them aware that they did indeed mess up and that I will need to get a paint job from another place. Safford has still NOT issued a refund, nor did they ever call or email to apologize for their errors. I truly hope this review will help you make a wise decision because I never want anyone to go through what I did with the Safford Hyundai Collision Center.

The staff here at Safford Hyundai always go above and beyond to meet expectations, which is the reason why I always come here to get work done to my car. A simple oil change to a fix in damaged areas of my car, I always come here. Thank you Peter and Pat for always doing a fantastic job!

Safford Hyundai is amazing! My experience was beyond great. Good customer service, straightforward with the numbers, not to mention I love my brand new Santa Fe! My salesperson, Nadine, was great. Such a sweetheart, and very professional!! Best experience I've had at a dealership so far. If you are considering buying a car from here do not hesitate!

Facilities are great but ... service? Not really. Staff was friendly, but the quality of service I highly question.
Went in for a flat tire service, only to realize they next morning the tire still leaks just like it did prior to service! I've never experienced this before.
There also was a good amount of either grease or motor oil on the inside part of driver's door handle, and on shift knob.
Definitely feels like I was robbed of $20.

We went in with a goal of leasing a new 2018 after discussing details with Kero via email. The process was so smooth and easy -- we will definitely be back. We were in and out of the dealer with our brand new car in less than 2 hours!
Ask for Kero!
