Excellent as always. I was contacted for a recall inspection. I did not know one was needed. They scheduled it for the next day and ensured that my Jeep was safe. They also did a courtesy inspection and even washed the winter weather grime from the car. All at no charge. They are professional, proactive, and polite. It is what good service is all about.

I must disclose that I did not purchase my vehicle from here but another related dealership however, had I known I'd be met with such poor service at the dealership I did purchase my vehicle at I would have come to Safford instead. I've had nothing but positive experiences here and though I've only used their service department I've enjoyed every visit. I've only had to make an appointment once (my first visit) and I've only ever spent an hour there at any time. They're very quick and helpful if you need further service. I highly recommend the Safford dealership.

Everything was great up until now. Mansoor was a wonderful salesman. Was able to get a great trade in deal for my old Jeep for a new one. They would have gotten 5 stars, but Ben screwed up on my tags and registration. I came in with my own personalized MD tags that are not expired. I specifically stated I wanted them transferred over to the new Jeep. I received brand new tags and registration in the mail, which means I was charged for them. So now I have been inconvenienced and have to wait for them to figure out how to fix this because I will not accept these new tags. All you had to do was listen and pay attention. Get it together guys!

Ted Tyler was an excellent salesman. He was very informative and worked to meet our needs on a short time schedule. When we arrived everyone was in a meeting around 4 pm. After finding the vehicle we were interested in, we went inside and he immediately left the meeting and was very helpful. Ted was very thorough and went over everything with the vehicle. Unfortunately, I don't remember everyone that we spoke with, but everyone was friendly and knowledgeable . We were able to purchase our vehicle in Cowboy blue! Thanks Safford.

My Fiat was having some serious electrical issues and I was lucky enough to check into the service department in a pinch. Richard and Gary, the service managers, were extremely helpful and accommodating through the whole process. There was a delay with some parts but they were upfront about it and kept me updated which I greatly appreciated. I would take my car there again. Safford Fiat Chrysler in Springfield is a dealership I can trust:)
