I bought my first new car here and the customer service was phenomenal! Christopher Clark gave me a great experience when it came to test driving, emailing me and staying in touch about the vehicle when I had questions, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming, they had me in and out of that place in less than an hour! I highly recommend buying your Subaru at Beyer Subaru, they truly give you a great experience in customer service.

Love this place! Bought my first Subaru there and had the best car buying experience. Everyone we dealt with, from Kam our salesman, to Sam, the finance guru,  provided superb customer service, by being very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Just when I thought it could not get better, I took my Subaru there for a service and the service department was top notch, expedient, honest, and most kind. Highly recommend Beyer Subaru as they truly know how to treat the customer right!

Really nice dealership, everyone was friendly. We worked with Cesar and he made the process pleasant and simple. I am very happy with the used Subaru i purchased and I would encourage others to check them out for a good deal, especially while they're under construction.

Despite the construction, this was an awesome and painless experience buying my car. Each member of the staff was welcoming and helpful. I never felt pushed or pressured, which was an unexpected relief. Highly recommend.

The sales staff here are salaried, not commissioned so that takes out a big part of the pushy-car salesman type of experience.  But they have always seemed pretty reasonable to me. Sam in Finance is great to work with (he was good when he was in sales previously too).  I've not had any issues with the service department, but they are pretty busy. They recently dumped the Volvo's and will soon be an exclusively Subaru only dealer.
