I went to this dealer with an OTD from another dealer. However, they couldn't match and/or even come to close to it. But this review is for their customer service, even if I didn't buy from them, the honesty of the Sales Manager, Jason, and the salesman that assisted me were pure. Jason stated that he couldn't give me a better deal than what I already have and suggested to purchase where my deal comes from. Jason keep up the customer service and honesty when you don't want to take a deal that is not beneficial to you. I admire this kind of behavior instead of disregarding your clients with a simple: "NO" and rudely walking away like other dealers tend to do.

I was able to lease a brand new Honda Sport in a matter of 2 hours. I sent everything the day before so all I needed to do was test drive and finally decide on a color. Clara was my sales lady and she was phenomenal. From the GM to the Business Manager/Finance Managr I’ve NEVER had a better experience.

I DREAD the process of buying a new car. I read more reviews on dealerships than I care to mention but the reviews for Rafael Perez caught my eye. To say that he lived up to the hype doesn't do him justice. From start to finish, a total professional who really went to bat for me and he kept in touch from our initial meeting to the culmination of our combined efforts, a purchase! I would HIGHLY recommend seeing Rafael for anything you need, he treats you like family!

The team at Sheehy Honda is amazing. They were patient, helpful and courteous in helping me select my car and then walking me through the once a decade process of buying a Honda. Many thanks to Clara, Dean and their business operations team for a surprisingly easy car buying experience. Highly recommend checking them out. Great cars, prices and knowledgeable sales team.
