We rented a car here at a very resonable price and thats about the only postive thing i have to say. The man working there was very pleasant as well. However, we got there shortly before closing and were given our car. We open the doors and we are hit with a powerful smell of cigarette smoke. We asked the man working as he was leaving if we could switch and he said he had nothing else and that he tried to febreeze the car for us. I have 2 babies ages 2 and under and i am an asthmatic. This is supposed to be a non smoking car and they even warn you in stickers on the car that there will be a $250 cleaning fee if you do smoke. Clearly this car was not cleaned. I felt sick the whole night from having to drive to our destination in that smell. And i had to subject my small children to that smell. When we called budget the next day they said they couldnt help us over the phone. We went to the closest budget and they said they had nothing until 5pm that night. That did not work for me because i had a business appointment at that time! Basically we were stuck with a car that reeked of smoke during our trip.

System for whatever reason kicked by payment after confirming no issue with bank asgent seemed reluctant to assist. Not good customer service

Worst business experience of my life.  The manager was extremely rude and despite having an email confirmation of the reservation they didn't have vehicle on hand.  I was told to drive 45 minutes to another location to pick up vehicle and when I arrived it wasn't available there either.

wow paid a lot of money to the cab to get there. For them to tell me they only accept major credit cards. I said ok what about cash.. he said only credit cards. SMH!!! Was so pissed off. Enterprise is the way to go. F##k Budget car Rentals!!!

Extremely courteous and  efficient service by the store manager. Stewart took care of our rental experience in a very timely manner, offering advice on which vehicle may be a better choice for our trip to Michigan. He was also most helpful in getting any discounts available. Should we need to rent a car or truck in the future,  Budget Car Rental will certainly be my first call.    Don Wagoner
