In the last month I've rented 3 vehicles for work from this Enterprise location, and each time I had some extenuating circumstance (on my end) that Jessica and her excellent team were able to not only accommodate but actually do so with generosity and enthusiasm!   I've been renting vehicles for work for 20 years, and I've never had service better than that of this Enterprise location.  The team members are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.  Even though there are at least 2 other Enterprise locations closer to my home, I will continue to do business with Jessica and her excellent team!

Rude staff. The person who made my reservation gave me incorrect information and I called to verify everything the day before and they just kept telling me that I was wrong and would not listen to me. I was originally told that I simply had to have a bill with my name on it and that it did not have to be a utility bill. They said a credit card bill would be sufficient. When I called the office and told them about all the things I had ready for tomorrow they told me I HAD to have a utility bill. I took a whole week off of work and now I am stuck with no car for my trip to see my family. Jessica Armbruster is extremely rude and could care less about Enterprise's clients. She would not even hear me out. I tried telling her over and over again that I was misinformed and she just said "sorry for the error" and did nothing about it. Complete TRASH. Avoid this place

The staff was pleasant and helpful, but driving a car that smelled like cigarette smoke took away from the entire experience. After a while the smell made everyone so nasesous we had to drive with the windows down.....on the interstate. Plus, my hands (from holding the steering wheel) and all of our clothes, suitcases, the kids’ pillows, etc. smelled like cigarette smoke. (The smell wasn’t as evident when we first picked up the car or I would have tried returning it. By the time I realized it was too late to do anything.) I didn’t think smoking was allowed in rental cars. Next time I will try specifically requesting a non smoking vehicle.

Even though this office is often under-staffed and you may have to wait awhile to be served....the customer service and the caring attitude of the staff is superb.... I rented a car recently and Ms Love went above and beyond to accommodate me ...she is an extremely friendly and caring person.

Always good service from this location and very pleasant to deal with. My preferred choice if I need to rent a vehicle for any reason.
