Horrible service!!! although it was not BUSY we waited forever! They are beyond unorganized and the staff are rude ! I understand some of them worked a lifetime doing the same thing over and over again but maybe is time for them to retire and let someone else with more patience to take over!! I’ll update this review with the name of the “ lovely” person who ruined my day no matter how hard I tried to stay calm and sweet!

post offices tend to stress me out a lot, but my experiences here were all lovely. my first time sending an international package a kind employee was on the floor handing out pens and customs forms. i dont remember his name but he answered all of my questions patiently and comprehensively. the people at the windows were a little less patient but i dont blame them at all, as the lines were pretty long but they got through them as efficiently and professionally as they could! pretty much the only post office i trust

I've had nothing but great experiences at this grand, beautiful post office. Service staff was bar none, the friendliest I've ever encountered at any post office I've ever been to throughout the boroughs. Nice job. Keep up the good work!

They did not deliver a package and said my business was closed where there was almost 1000 people in the building! They said they will re-deliver on the next business day but that never happened! The package was then returned to sender. 1 star well deserved!

Same problem!! The 3! phone numbers they give to contact couriers and re-schedule delivery are not answering! Not ever! And I cannot pick up it myself. Horrible service!!

I had a Horrible customer service yesterday. The staff try their best to ignore and be rude to customers. I approached an employee standing in the hall at the supplies counter with a scanner and printer in his hand. I asked him if he could scan my preprinted label. He blurted out “NO, Go stand in the line” as he was busying texting on his phone. So I waited 30 minutes in the line as they had only 2 windows o0en during on a busy lunch time hour! When I was called at the window, a very angry postal worker refused to help me and take my package. I’m frustration I just left and went to another post office and had my package accepted without any hiccups. The workers really need to Change your bad attitude and learn how to treat customers like human beings!
