Ive had multiple experiences of garbage service regarding package delivery. They don’t follow instructions because they don’t care. Good thing the USPS is going bankrupt because that is what this awful place deserves.

I believe I've never written a review of 1 star before because I usually tend to be empathic believing that everyone can have a bad day.... However, this is the third day in a row I go there and leave that place feeling treated disrespectful... I can't say everyone, but some people working there is super unfriendly, unkind, and rude. They don't like their job and they make you feel you are annoying them and if this is not enough, they start yelling at everyone easily… Definitely a really bad service.

THEY ARE CROOKS! I took my item over and the lady at the window spent 20 minutes doing index finger-typing without even saying a word to me. At the end she says it's 70. I asked her "70 what? and what for exactly?" LOL She was so annoyed and said under her breath "shipping and the box"
I ask her for my item, went online, purchased the shipping, got the box for free and shipped the item for $12.
Not to mention the customer service was DREADFUL. She wouldn't even explain what she was charging me for.
DO EVERYTHING ONLINE. DON'T GIVE THEM BUSINESS.
Let them be replaced by machines and go find some other job where they are actually held accountable for their awful skills.

Unbelievable how rude people working in this unit are! I always feel very horrible when my return to be attended comes. What is the purpose of having such a bad service when most people are so obnoxious?
