I make it a point to always use the USPS. This post office makes me rethink my position. They steal my mail, open my packages, and they frequently fail to actually attempt delivery- they lie and say people were not home, but the reality is several of their mail carriers simply do not want to deliver packages, so they never take them on their route. Wish anything could be done- but of course there is no incentive for them to do their job and no one will punish them or hold them accountable. The whole office should be fired and fully replaced.

By far the worst place you can ever go to they will steal your packages if you are sending an important message mail anything they will steal.......I PROMISE YOU MY PACKAGE WAS FAKE SCANNED..... HOW? I WAS SENDING OUT 2 PACKAGES ONE WAS SCAN AND THE OTHER ONE WAS FAKE SCAN JUST PUT SCANNER OVER BUT DID NOT SCAN SMH I FOUND OUT BECAUSE MY PACKAGE STILL SAID LABEL CREATED AND IM LIKE I KNOW I SENT IT IN NO I WENT TO USPS ON 110ST LEXINGTON AVE WHERE I SENT IT FROM AND THE FIRST THING THE USPS WORKER DO IS ASK ME FOR MY TRACKING.......HOW U KNOW IM HERE FOR THAT........!!!!  I COULD BE THERE FOR STAMPS/BOXES/TAPE SO I WENT OFF AND CALLED THE COPS THEY SAID THEY CANT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY ARE **STATE** BUT THE USPS COPS CAN DO 100% HELP .....they are Federal.....I put my dispute and they will get back to me in 1 business day so I will wait......... Never NEVER WILL I PLAY WITH A FEDERAL OFFENSE DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE

They are by far the worst post office ever! I was suppose to get my package March 13th and the delivery woman never came upstairs instead she went straight to the security desk asked for a pen and filed a attempt notice and left that notice downstairs meanwhile I was home all day. I requested them to redeliver twice for the 14th (they never showed) and the 15th ( they never showed ) I called , left complaints and actually spoke to the manager which she said she would have it sent out today March 19th ! GUESS WHAT , THEY NEVER CAME !!! Beyond frustrated and this is such an inconvenience!!! So unprofessional!!!

The worst place I’ve ever been here, and I’ve probably been here about 10 times. Ordered a package and they didn’t even knock, so I scheduled for a redelivery. Redelivery was confirmed but no one ever came. After 10 days I finally called USPS to find out that the package has been here the entire time and no one updated it online or even tried to redeliver. I’m currently standing in line and there are 23 people ahead of me, with 1 person at the window. 

If you plan on coming here, take off of work, because you’ll be here all day.

This place can get lazy with package delivery. If your'e expecting a large or heavy item, they will never deliver it. You'll have to go to the post office to pick it up. And when you do, expect to wait in line for a long time. The bad reviews they get don't seem to affect them in the slightest.
