Long confusing lines, most who work there do nothing to smooth out the confusion. Time to do the simplest thing is prolonged into at least 30 minutes. Understaffed most days and hours. Seems to be a growing trend based on the 3 Post offices in this area. . Two stars due to a few great ppl that actually care about the job they are doing.

The FBI has to put some serious eye on this thieves because they are all associated. The drivers and supervisors! This is the 3rd time my item get "lost" more like STOLEN. Anything they know is easy to sell like tablets or jewelry WILL GET STOLEN they know by the package. I filled and inquiry I still waiting for the call. I called twice left me on hold for 15 and 10 minutes. Called a 3rd time they lady send me to the machine. Its not right, we have to report this postal office so they can do a deep investigation and track the thieves. I see you drivers.

I honestly wish I can give them 0 stars... no! Negative stars!!! This is the absolute worst post office in all of New York! Has to be! The employees have the nastiest attitudes and the machines are always down!!! I don't even understand why they are still here! An absolute WASTE!

THE ABSOULTE WORST POST OFFICE!!!!! Avoid this place that the plague. The staff are completely rude and unhelpful. When asking for a pen to use, the staff berated me for not coming prepared. Do your self a favor and go to UPS.

This post office is always super packed. I visit several times a week and I always have to prepare myself mentally beforehand. It is always an adventure. I never know what to expect. The lines are long because there are only 2 to 3 tellers at Windows available at a time. The customer service skills that the staff has if you add it all up together on a scale from 1 to 10 you will get a whopping 2. It is incredible and I can't believe that they are allowed as postal workers to have such bad attitudes and treat customers so badly. I can't begin to explain the unprofessional treatment that customers receive there. On the line I usually hear them talking about their individual bad experiences while visiting. I am amazed that this is even possible in 2017. There is also a lack mailing labels in waiting area. You have to make a line to ask for a label. I spend a minimum of 30minutes every visit. When the air conditioning is not working it is horrible .
