Call this office if there is an issue with a priority package. Miss Wesley was extremely helpful in getting an address error fixed, and re-delivered in a timely manner. This was for a priority shipment for a work related delivery. They coordinated with the USPS delivery person who couldn't deliver the item at 8 AM, and had my package redelivered correctly in an hour. I had more of an issue with the corporate end of USPS here... who I called and was not able to fix the situation and misinformed me (though the rep was nice... I was waiting on the phone for an hour after being told to wait 20-30 min by the robo voice) as the actions that the Corporate end told me they were going to implement, they didn't even do. Call this local office and be polite, and they will be able to fix the issue!

They can have very long lines and not enough staff to help. They hardly ever deliver my packages and lie about making delivery attempts. They've lost and misdelivered several of my packages. They force ederly or disabled people to walk downstairs to retrieve packages and hardly offer to meet them halfway.  I go out of my way to avoid this post office. There is one carrier that is very kind thats why I gave it one star

Want to test your patience? Do you want a prescription for anxiety after you leave this place? Do you want a stress test that is the best in quality?? Just come to this post office, forget doctors, you can test all you issues here at this place.

Normally I don't have a problem as long as I am home to receive the package. However, I asked to redeliver my package TWICE and it's one week later and I still haven't received it. I can't pick it up because I don't have the means to take it home.

Just plain bad....this one and the one on 140th st.....nothing is ever delivered. They can never find the packages unless someone else show up then it's by miracle in the back.....

Fire all these people and hire people actually willing to do the job
