I love 3.5 BLOCKS, And they still LIE about delivery attempts. I work from home and am a SAHM. You have to pass my car (dead giveaway) to get to my mailbox and door!!! This is the 3rd time this week! Then, they don't leave a "pick up package" slip either.  

You have other people's mail/bills/packages in your hands. If you can't deliver it- FINE. At least leave a note so I can go pick up my package. I literally have 3 packages there now with no slip to identify them as mine!  

Now I have to go to the post office and wait in those long lines just for them to ask me about my slip I didn't get! 

I go to other post offices to mail stuff out, I wish I could get my mail from somewhere else bc you guys are the worst!

Got packages stolen from my building like at least 7 times because they will
Deliver my packages and leave the outside like there not more 40 families living in my building. Tried to talk to the manager and never paid attention till one day i couldn't take it anymore and made a formal complaint with the US Postal Service. Waited like a whole day but worth because after that THE MANAGER (that never even heard me) called me to apologize and ever since my packages are not left in the front door.

Horrible staff, no one knows what they are doing in there. My mom sent me a package from there to Tennessee and they sent it to Florida... this is unbelievable

The worthrs postoffice, awful servive, I hate when I have to go there and pick something , stay in line for ever, staff is so unprofessional , and rude, no wonder the postal service is going down the drain.
