Well.. starting from the worst customer service from racist!! You have to deal with incompetence and bad mood people there. i dont know what the heck is going on there? A month ago, ebay had to refund me because they said the package never appeared (stolen) so today 2/3/18 the worst nightmare was for me. I was in the line since 3:30pm and behind me 3 asian guys were waiting and guess what!! The attendant called them before me and when they decidedly called me my package wasn’t there. I was like omg! You guys called me and that’s why I am here, picking my package up. You couldn’t delivery it.. After 2 hours with an amazon supervisor in the line, magically my package appeared.. we fall in tears.. and got away there and hopefully never come back. Please HIGHLY RECOMMEND, DON’T GO THERE!! Unless you are asian..

Never tried to deliver on package during weekend. Lazy people it was going to a hotel plenty of staff available to accept the package. Zero attempt on behalf of the post office. Just easier to say they were closed and unable to accept so I have to walk over and pick it up.

I work within a stone's distance from this post office. Compared to the other ones I have been to, this location is a bit chaotic and messy. Occasionally, they do have someone who filters through the line and redirects them to the correct place, but more often than not the line wraps around and there is only 2 working agents. Several times, I went to drop off a package and I was told conflicting information between agents and the information posted online. If there was other post offices, I would avoid this location like the plague.

The employee who was helping me was so patient, waited while I was on the phone getting things sorted out, and when things were getting drawn out and frustrating (with the phone call, not the post office), he even gave us chocolates to help! I’ve never had someone so helpful at a post office. Thanks.

answer the fracking phone. For some reason the carrier decided NOT to deliver a package. There were plenty of people available to sign for it. This was an epic fail. Then these geniuses left me a ticket saying they tried--they didn't. They left a first and final notice to pick it up with only one day to possibly get it before it was to be shipped back. Morons.
