I wish i can give 0 star. I am trying to track my package online and there is no status update on that. So, i was calling this post office from past 34 days. After multiple time calling, one lady answered call on Tuesday and mentioned that, she will redeliver my mail on Thursday. I still didn't receive my mail and there is no update on online. So i called today 8 times and lady answered only once and put me on hold for 15 minutes and she never came on phone. Phone got disconnected. Extremely unprofessional staff and very lazy as well.

Awesome experience here. I literally went in expecting the worse service and received the complete opposite! :) They were friendly, helpful, and prompt!

Just recently left this location And the customer service is beyond incompetent. I waited 30 minutes on a lady to heck on a package and she never came back to let me know she didn’t find out so another rep told me she couldn’t. She needs to be fired. Period. And I don’t like leaving reviews but this place is trash.

"Understaffed and rude service, and one star..."
That was my opinion a few months ago!!! But when I returned last week, June 20th 2017, there was more than one person working, two guys, and to my surprise, they were both friendly/professional/courteous and most important, they came off like they liked being there, that they liked their job!!!! Unlike the rude woman who was staffed there a few months ago.

In the center of a beautiful village, a tragedy. Workers are rude and ignorant. Every time. They're vulgar. Lazy. Ask for tape, they nonchalantly push regular tape, not tier-specific (Priority Express, for example). During the busiest holiday season, there is one person at a register. Another doing god-knows-what. A pile of packages on the counter. And a constantly broken door, zero supplies (at least they fixed the supply shelf), and a dirty lobby.
