They have Some Great People working for USPS. But this season they have been Very Slow at Making Deliveries. They had time off, but still couldn’t deliver the past day. There was a time weeks ago didn’t get anything for 3 days str8. But If it was UPS or FedEx, i would have gotten my stuff faster. When i was a helper at UPS in this season we worked 9-10 hours sometimes, if we didn’t make a delivery we hit it the next day. And we had much more packages than USPS. I know it gets cold and it gets late fast but we still got jobs to do. I know how it is out there delivering late & with all the snow but still gotta get the job done.

Come regularly to this post office , every time I have an interaction with any staff member, they are all very rude and have no sense of costumer service. I hope they acknowledge that they have a job because of tax payer money. Nancy a very rude black lady, is extremely inappropriate with costumers and belittles almost anyone that she talks to. Hope someone in management reads this and train their employees better.

Some Of the staff is very rude and not friendly at all. I walked in there 5 min before closing only to drop off 2 small PREPAID PACKAGES. I wasn't even going to ask for a receipt. I was glad I had barely made it, after walking for 8min in the heat with my two babies. What do I get. Nasty stares, rude comments: "WHAT Do you want? Because she needs to be out by 5!" Seriously??

My wife constantly gets her packages stolen, and it’s ridiculous because it begins with that “it’s delievered” notification. 95% if the time, she’s home with our daughter. We have a mirror wall in the living room and we see if someone comes up the stairs to our door from outside. Once that “ding” from her phone rings, she checks. Then she waits. A whole day does by hoping her packages will arrive yet they never do. She has lost over 30 packages within the year. And it’s not a neighborhood thing, getting packages stolen because I am aware that can be a chance yet when the package is marked as it’s been delivered, and no one shows up, that’s irresponsible. I show up to take packages from her BST groups, and I get the stink eye for all the packages I take. I can assume it’s your job to label, ship out, and deal with the front of the post office. I find this location to be very irresponsible, not caring if they lose customers or not. My wife is tired of waiting and hoping for her packages. It’s not just going to the mall and shop. It’s her handmade items she buys for our child, it’s costly and the time sellers take to make it and just to not receive anything is ridiculous.
