Always a great experience.  Professional and reliable.  Won't nickle and dime you.  Won't try to scam you like other car repair.  Fair and honest. This was one year ago! I gave 5 stars.

Today I change my review.  So I had a battery installed a while back battery hold down didn't get reinstalled...today I got my vehicle inspected bring all my vehicles here.... the hold down was in trunk.... charged me to reinstall or I could leave reinstall it myself and pay for respecting.  

No today you lost a customer for all my vehicles.  You gained $20 extra dollars today hope it was worth it.

I have always felt that 5 Star supplies a good product for a reasonable cost.  I've also found that my visits quickly add up and I usually get a free wash every month.  The negative reviews I have read could have been remedied by doing a quick walk-around after the attendants are finished drying the car, and any imperfections or missed areas pointed out.  The attendant(s) are always happy to take care of these things, and with a good attitude.

I've been a regular since the business opened. Excellent service, convenient hours, and clean modern facilities. Any auto maintenance $40 or more (oil change) gets a free exterior and interior cleaning. They top off fluids and tire pressure and check common maintence items like bulbs and filters for the service price. They provide a significant value over their competition for the price. The available ice cream and food while you wait helps make it a pleasant experience. Drop off your vehicle for an oil change and ask them to run it it through the wash for you while you walk to nearby shopping. They'll text your vehicle service checklist to you when it's complete and you can call them to have anything further done or just return to pick up your vehicle.

The staff and service is First Class.  The professionalism and detail to their work is noteworthy.  They accept their responsibility with integrity and discharge it with a high degree of purpose. Exemplary staff includes Candice and Ludia.  Dr. Xavier Stewart, Brigadier General US Army on the retired list.

I have used 5 Star Auto Spa in Winchester on numerous occasions for the last 3 years.  The wait times are minimal and the automatic wash does a good job at cleaning the car.  One recommendation is to add staff at the end to dry the car with towels at the end of the wash.  There is a car wash in Leesburg which provides this service with every wash and the prices of both are comparable.  However, even without the towel drive, the 5 Star Wash is worth the money.
