I am out of town traveler and had a vehicle emergency. Not a big repair but something that needed to be done right away. Rich greeted me and got the vehicle in immediately for the repair and was very customer service oriented. Rich was courteous and got me in and out right away and understood my situation. Would highly recommend. Great customer service.

I needed an oil change and a tail light bulb replaced during a road trip and happened to find Hogan and Sons through a web search.  That turned out to be a great bit of luck because the service was fast and professional, the cost was reasonable, the wifi was fast, and people were great.  Harold Heavner was especially kind and helped me buy a gift certificate for a family member who lives nearby.  A gentleman named Thomas got an out of stock bulb for me in almost no time and everyone kept me informed of progress on my car.  Also, the  guest restroom here is big, smells nice, and is cleaner than most kitchens.

Stopped in to see if i could get my tire repaired on my lunch break, Harold Heavner at the counter got my vehicle in very quickly and had me back on the road in no time, like i said i was on my lunch break and i was  able to still grab a bite to eat before i had to be back at work, thanks ever so much Harold, i will be returning when time for an oil change. Bathroom was amazing, and very clean.

I've been coming here for years and have always gotten friendly, reasonably priced and honest service from this team. As a woman I don't feel like I've ever been taken advantage of and I feel like they go above and beyond to explain everything to me so I understand what's going on with my car.

NEVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY!!  Unless you want to get charged twice as much. 

They charged me $125 just to tell me what was wrong with car.  Never, have I been charged to get an estimate, to find out what is wrong with my car. Then wanted to charge OVER  twice as much, what the work ended up costing.  Ended up having it towed to an honest shop!

 Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. SINGLE WOMEN ESPECIALLY....AVOID AT ALL COST!!
