Started my trip off WRONG. Waited for almost 2 hours plus for a car in the HOT lobby with customer pilling up (and I'm expecting). Free shuttle was timely and efficient so I was grateful for that but even when we FINALLY made it to the counter the customer service really just was poor and didn't show any empathy to the fact that we all had been waiting for so long. A simple appreciate for our patience, a smile, or something would have been fair. Returning the car was much easier overall and much better experience (no wait, timely shuttle) however because this rental experience took such a chunk out of the start of my vacation unless they have an amazing deal I just can't resist... I probably won't rent from them again.

Let’s start from the beginning! We got to the rental center and waited for the shuttle which was about 10 minutes and the driver was so nice and funny! We got to the service center and waited on line for about 20 minutes and was seen by Jorge who was very nice quick and efficient he had the car ready ASAP! We were given a 2018 Nissan Versa with a full tank the fee for our stay was EXACTLY what we expected! No hidden fees no surprises. Definitely renting from them again!!! Thank you so much Ace!!!

I came to FL for my Grandma Going Home Celebration.   Initially, I was upset that the location was far away from the Airport.   The customer service was excellent.   We were given an upgrade and we were out in 4 mins.   We were given a brand new car and provided a thorough briefing on the area.   Excellent! Thank you for your help during a difficult time

I would not rent from this location again. I experienced very slow service @ pick up as opposed to the drop off which was great. Not worth the hassle for 2 shuttles to get there & back. You end up paying as much or more as the Airport onsite rental companies. Would not recommend.

Very, very helpful desk personnel. A pleasant experience, explained toll situation clearly, advice about traffic patterns, insurance with no hard sell. Return was a breeze. Suggest avoid rush hour return  as it just makes it easy.
