The best car rental service. We had a terrible time trying to rent from Fox Car Rental. Went straight to Hertz when we returned from our stressful nightmare at Fox. All the employees are outstanding individuals here. Jackie helped us setup our rental with no issues what so ever. She was an absolute delight to deal with and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We will not rent from anywhere else ever again when we travel. And if any managers etc. read this, please please make Jackie aware of how amazing she is!!! Thank you Hertz!

My husband and I actually had a great experience with Hertz and the helpful  and funny lady attending us named Giovanna from Panama. She was extra helpful, clear and endearing  We started our honeymoon off on the highest note because of her. Hire more people like her and you won't go wrong.

I have attempted to call this branch for 3 days straight, but their phone line prompts all circuits are busy... for 3 days... seriously?! Myself and several 800# reps (5 to be exact) as well as another branch employee have all emailed this location manager asking them to contact me regarding an upcoming reservation. One branch mgr even text and emailed the area manager who is over this location and still no response. Customer care is obviously not of importance.

Last week we rented a car from here for a week.  When we got up to the line an employee asked us if we wanted bottled water, she got us 2 bottled, than she got us a warm bottle for our new born formula.  She was so kind.  We only waited 2 minutes if that in line.  We received the car quick.  Everyone was helpful.    When we got into the car we picked, it was clean very nice and exactly the one we ordered.  We go to leave and the lady at the gate was very nice and offered us bottled water again.  I rent cars 5+ times a year through Priceline.  This company by far is the best one I have dealt with.  Returning the car same experience, kind and quick with a smile on their face.   Great job Hertz keep it up.
