This is my third time renting from this facility. I Had a great experience. The prices are great and seem to be much better then the rental agencies at the ft. Lauderdale terminal. It was a very easy transition, only took a few minutes, with the shuttle running often, so the savings was definitely worth it. Also the shuttles are roomy, modern, and the drivers courteous. I was really impressed when I got to the counter, Brigitte really helped me out, and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed. She also went out of her way to take care of some things I didn't quite have in order to make sure my rental went without a hitch. All company's can only hope to have customer service employees were as helpful as Brigitte. I will definitely be back the next time I am in town, and would recommend this place to anyone.

We rented from Sixt for the first time last week! They were great! Friendly staff, clean location, shuttle service, and easy return of rental at the end of our trip! They even upgraded our vehicle since it was our first time renting with them. They know the meaning of GREAT customer service! Will definitely rent from them again!

With no exaggeration, the worst experience I ever had of any business I ever dealt with. We ordered our BMW convertible 2 months in advance. When we arrived, we were told to take a Ford for the price of a BMW because they no longer have the latter. First, the whole point of a reservation is to keep the car for us. But we were willing to take a similar car and they had several Benz convertibles in the lot. We also were willing to take a Ford, but not at the price of a BMW. A Ford should cost half of a BMW. When we refused, the guard with a gun aggressively got in our faces. When we didn't back down, he called the police. The police obviously took our side when they arrived and were very friendly and nice to us. This is unacceptable treatment of customers. But what's worse when we looked for other car rentals around the airport, we saw this location was advertising that a BMW convertible was available right that second at the same price at the same location. This is bait and switch - they offer you a good deal on a luxury car, then when you show up, you get a regular car for more money than a regular car would cost. And if you refuse, they engage in outright physical intimidation.

Update: Very positive and prompt action by customer service manager. Please be aware, however, that sales staff may have insufficient competence about the company's guidelines regarding the option of insurance. If you book by Sixt website via Europe, be aware that there is no basic insurance included in the price offer. I had to pay double the price when the basic insurance was charged on the price. The car trunk was full of junk and the car was not cleaned.

UPDATE: Nothing resolved or even contact after being left a message publicly to contact them for a resolution. Terrible. And I can count on 1 hand at age 43, how many times I've left a bad review or even felt more irritated by. 80 $ is lost, it's simply principle at this point. I hate to leave 1 star but as of now my rental is over 6 months old and have not had as much as an email response from somebody despite several attempts and even talked with 2 people. They refuse to rectify what they did or even acknowledge it for that matter. I used the vehicle for 5 days at the beach with 3 kids and had a lot of sand in the vehicle , so I called and asked "should I vacuum it up or is it ok" the girl very nicely giggled and said " no sir , we take care of everything no worries just drop it off and be on your way" now I know why she was laughing , they charged me 80.00 to vacuum the car. Ridiculous. Really a bummer because the rest of service was excellent, to the point that I was excited to have a found a new rental company. But the lack of concern and tricky billing has me absolutely avoiding them . Update: they continue to completely ignore (and even taunt maybe to look better publicly ?? By responding to this post but despite doing what was advised 0 , I said zero customer service response) emails and phone calls. I can live with a lost 80$ it's simply principle at this point , I mean I've never dealt with a company who will not even respond. Wow.
