It was near Impossible for my wife to use her points to book a car. She's used Dollar for years on her frequent business trips and accumulated more than enough points, but she had to call SIX times and talk to TWELVE different people for HOURS over a TWO WEEK period to schedule the rental! The customer service over the phone was almost completely incompetent, but talking to people face to face was pleasant. Once we got there things finally worked out smoothly, then returning the car was quick and easy and the last that helped us was extremely polite and helpful.

Cars were great both
Times we rented them. Single day use each time before flying to locations. They were clean and very spacious. They also have a wide variety which will fit any budget from small to luxury!  *Canadian Google Guide*

Outstanding service from the staff, speedy and friendly. The prices are super reasonable. We rented a compact car. We got a Versa, the car was in good condition and ran fine. We experienced no issues with our vehicle. We will be using Dollar Rent a Car again!!!

The woman who checked me in was amazingly professional and helpful.  My husband is in a wheelchair.  She personally helped us with our luggage and refused a tip.  Thank you ever so much.
