From start to finish, the absolutely best car rental experience I have ever had. Every single person was so respectful and attentive. The entire process was quick and easy. The prices were fantastic, I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend and I am most definitely a customer for life!

Cons - price for at terminal car rental is always high.  It wasn't 100% clear that the after hours car rentals was handled by a sister company.  I couldn't qualify for AWESOME weekend discounts because of one extra day of travel... and no way to finagle an in-between discount...  but I had to rent due to funeral... sigh.

Pros - they did upgrade me, no problem, when they had none in my class. On return, they did discount me relative to my rental due to flight delays without complaint.  Car was nice and pretty clean.  Other than slight confusion about after hours pickup (due to delayed flight), checkout and return was efficient and pain-free.

There are numerous rental car options available, but we use Enterprise exclusively.  20 years ago Enterprise was the corporate rental choice at work, and I came to admire their customer service and professionalism.  That led to Enterprise being our choice for personal car rentals.  There may be options that appear less expensive at first glance:  but you get what you pay for, and our experience suggests the customer service, vehicle availability, occasional upgrades, and loyalty points program all make Enterprise the most efficient and economical choice overall. We never even look at the other options when renting a car - we go straight to Enterprise and have no regrets.

This place is just incompetent , unprofessional, and disrespectful! My vacation was going so well until it came to dealing with the staff here. I had made a reservation here which amounted to $186. Upon pickup of the car, I was greeted by Daniela who began upselling me specials for luxury vehicles. Her rates for these cars were very inconsistent as if she didn't actually know the amount. I asked her to clarify the total amount $286 prior me to signing a new contract. I agreed to that amount, signed, and left.

When I returned my car I received a bill of $503! I immediately go and speak with the manager Mate. I explained to him there was a big discrepancy in what I signed in my contract and my final bill. He began to explain that $503 was the correct amount and I was not understanding the contract correct. I was not buying it and it sounded very misleading and my contract did not show any information that aligned to what he was saying.

Instead of him admitting there was a mistake on Enterprise for not charging the correct amount on my original contract he accused me of being someone who is trying to get a free upgrade.  He did not feel it was correct to charge me $285 like it said on my original written contract. I couldn't believe it!

Another associate steps in the conversation and now it feels like two people ganging on me instead of helping my situation.Mate the manager throws his hands up and credits me only a partial amount back and tells me to deal with corporate for the rest. I've never been more insulted and frustrated with people who just can't do good business. On top of that I almost missed my flight because I spent 30 minutes trying to fix this.  I'm so disappointed with this. I rarely do business with Enterprise and will not do business again!

We had the best experience with this Enterprise location. I have switched over to Enterprise a couple of years back. We have been renting there for years, and we have always been happy, but this one is from the best we have had. Terrel, the representative we dealt with was courteous and professional. He went out of his way to UPGRADE us for a nominal fee, just to help us enjoy our trip a bit more. He was GREAT to dealt with. Will definitely be staying with Enterprise.
