Awesome staff! Unpreventable things kept occurring, but their staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient! From the shuttle having a cone stuck inside the fender b/c the power went out on all the streets, to the power outage and we did everything manual with a flashlight. They gave us an upgrade, made it smooth as possible with the unfortunate limit of light, and their prices were excellent! Ebony is the shuttle driver. She had great vibes! The manager and the other staff were awesome, but I can't remember their names.

I WILL WARN YOU 1 TIME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WE RENT CARS ON VACATION EVERY YEAR THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS  1 PERSON OVERSEAS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE WHEN YOU BRING THE CAR BACK  AND TELL YOU TO CALL CUSTOMER SEEVICE FOR REFUND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK we brought the car back to the airport full of gas they said their handheld computer wasn't working I would have to charge us for a full tank of gas and all we would have to do is call customer service never got our money back.
   USE ENTERPRISE you'll get what you ask for.

Waited at the airport for shuttle that never showed up, had to rent a car at premium price from other car rental.
