Rented a car from this office in March-2018.  The price quoted to rent was reasonable for Southern Florida.  However, received a $108 bill in the mail two-months later for toll charged incurred while driving.  I am not upset about the toll charges as I have rented from other places in the past and they are never an issue- it is the service fee of $9.99/charge that is unreasonable.  RIP-OFF!  Beware, that low price comes with a catch.  By the way- I am never renting from Thrifty ever again.  I tried them.  I am sticking with the other guys.

We come from Montreal and we have a condo in West Palm beach. We rent cars every year but this year is the first time that we try Thrifty company. Today Friday 16 February 2018 was the best client service we could have. Moe at the desk service explain everything well but took care of us at 100%. Keep this employee!!!! Thanks a lot for the wonderful service! Great price and nice SUV!!!

Charged $73 for 1 day insurance coverage. I flew in for the day for a funeral. I rented a vehicle which cost me $73.00. I specifically asked the counter person for a middle of the road $20 insurance and he said "sure". I told him I didn't want the most expensive coverage. He also suggested I pay an additional $10 for the "sun-pass". Based on the convenience of his suggestion I agreed. He then printed my agreement in a matter of a minute and asked me to sign. I saw the $73, plus the $10, plus taxes and convenience fee, so I signed. After getting my final invoice I noticed that the agreement had an additional $73 for coverage. I called Thrifty and was told that was not a mistake and since I signed for it they couldn't refund nor credit me. What a scam!!!!!! I have never heard of a rental car for $73 and an insurance coverage for $73 per day. I feel tricked. The whole thing came out to $170 for 12 hours

Booking online was super easy, and got a great rate through Travelocity. We were able to get our car from the Louisville airport and the lot was a fair distance from the counter to pick up... so not all giggles and fun but still a great overall experience. Brand new rental with under 10k  miles was a bonus!

Prepare to get scammed!!!! Read the fine print or pay $10 surcharge for every toll you go through in Florida. I have been billed direct from Florida but Thrifty squeezed in a little scam in the agreement! And your credit card will be charged!!! On top of that when I got to the counter to pick up my car the price I was quoted on line was way cheaper than the one given at the gate. This company is a rip off... BEWARE!!!!
