I had a reservation for a full size car booked months in advance for a trip to the FL Keys.  I flew in from Chicago and went to the Enterprise branch.  I gave my info to the young lady at the counter, and she seemed to have difficulty in finding my vehicle.  I waited about 45 minutes (while I had another party waiting at the airport for me), and she comes up to me and said all of their cars had recalls and they did not have anything except for a Ford Focus.  She was very nice about it so I dont blame her.  The management is to blame.  Why they could not contact other branches to get my vehicle when they knew well in advance that they had issues with their fleet.  The car I got was very dirty, and drive horrible.  The brakes squeaked, it had no pickup whatsoever.  When getting the car she even said "looks like this is actually an upgrade".  Please!  I reserved a full size car, and this is compact at best.  They offered 10 percent off, which is kind of insulting.  Not only did I pay for a full size car, and getting a compact car, that doesn't even consider my inconvenience.  The manager not ONCE said anything or came out of her little office.  Probably did not have the courage to confront her customers.  Also, the other 2 coworkers were loudly talking rudely about the young lady that was helping me when she was away from the desk.  VERY unprofessional!

I feel strange giving Enterprise a 5-Star rating. Past experiences have proven otherwise (at other locations). However, this facility is the exception. It's large, has a variety of vehicles on stand by. My phone commitment was realized just as promised by very friendly personnel. The facility is easy to get to, has plenty of room, and has excellent parking. Checking in/out was easily accomplished with minimal wait. A hard copy of the contract was given automatically. No b...s... email copy which may or may not get to you. What a strange, nice experience. I look forward to this new side of Enterprise.

Had a HORRIBLE experience at University location in Coral Springs and JR and his ENTIRE TEAM were above and beyond ANY AND ALL of my expectations.  Helpful, friendly, courteous, resourceful, knowledgeable the epitome of customer service I couldn't ask for more Junior you have a great team there to all the young lady on my rental agreement sorry I can remember your name right now while I'm doing my review the young lady during my return everything was awesome anyone needing rental needs please visit Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Federal Highway by the airport they're the best...YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

This location was way better priced than using the car rentals at the airport, and only a quick uber ride away. Christian also was helpful, pleasant to work with and hooked us up with some upgrades!  We were pleased with our experience at this location!

From the minute we walked onto the lot we were greeted and treated with such hospitality. Christian Martinez was beyond helpful and not only saved us with a rental last minute, upgraded us in the process. We had just been burned by two previous rental agencies and we're at our wits end. We will never go anywhere else after this experience. We were amazed and relieved. We definetly recommend this Enterprise.
