Quick, simple and VERY easy. Plus the customer service was top-notch. The gentleman was juggling 3 customers at one time, but we all felt as if we were the only one. He was well informed of his inventory, and was very efficient with his retrieval. I am very picky when it comes to CS, and this guy was so good, that National should clone him over and over if they want to optimize their CS results.

The interaction we had with staff was minimal but the 2 people we did speak with were very friendly and knowledgeable.  As I have been with every National Car Rental location, I wish there had been more cars to choose from.  I always rent using the Emerald Aisle.  It is so convenient to just pick a car and go but there were 10 white SUV's to choose from, no other cars were available.  The car we chose, a Chevy Equinox, was an excellent ride.  Very comfortable and got great gas mileage. My advice to others is that, if you don't see a car you like and you have some free time, just wait a few minutes to see what else they bring around from getting washed.  Just be ready to jump on another type of car because they don't last long.

Rented the car and the attendant who checked me out at the drive out gate never gave me any paperwork or anything. She told me I was good to go so I left. I rented the vehicle for only 24 hours and everything was perfect like you usual. When I returned the car at the Denver terminal they told me that the car had never been properly checked out and the had no record of it leaving the lot... so I asked what they wanted me to do to which they called their management and I was told because of their error the car was free. I said are you sure it’s under my work credit card and really don’t mind paying? Nope you are good to go have a safe flight so I left... well for the past week I have been getting emails saying that I still had the car and needed to file an extension and if I didn’t contact them the car would be reported stolen. The email had a phone number to which I called and explained the situation several times. The operator that I spoke to said no problem we will make a note of it and take care of it... well I kept getting emails with the messages extending my rental lease and notes saying they were reporting the car for being stolen... I love national rental car but this was ridiculous. I needed the car for only 24 hours and would have used Uber had I know it was going to be this kind of experience...

This location was super easy to get to!  Friendly staff and fast rental.  We even got an upgrade which was so special as we were on a family trip.  :)  Return was fast and there was a Chevron just up the road that made it convenient to return.
