I found the website easy to use when making my reservation, and charges easy to access to make my reservation decision. Advantage rates are very good, and the vehicle I was given is top-notch with all the latest bells and whistles. My flights were delayed, and I called customer service to advise them. My call was answered promptly, and the note appended to my reservation so there was no confusion at the rental desk. The representative at the counter was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly. Altogether, I am very pleased with my Advantage rental experience!

I wish I could leave no stars.  This company is the perfect example of what happens when customer service is outsourced.  Also the counter people they hire have no clue.  These people are crooks. They double charged me when I already had prepaid through Priceline.  Good luck understanding the people when you try to call customer service.  You don't even get what you pay for with this company.  Best of luck if you ignore the bad reviews.

The attendant was extremely helpful. I shared previous experiences with other rental car agencies and how their vehicles smelled like smoke. She made sure my rental was clean and odor free. Between courtesy of staff, quality of vehicle and price, probably the best rental car experience I've ever had.

I reserve a Car when I show up No Cars available, No one call me to give me heads up. This is the worst Car Rental. So I call about my refund they keep hanging up on me. 3 weeks now still don't know wheres my money at, they just rob me for my money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO THIS RENTAL PLACE.
