I entered my information when booking the car and didn't realize the car I chose was at a different location. ( never book late at night! )
The agent at the desk was so helpful, and got me straightened out with a better car than I had originally booked! I'm always happy when I book with Avis.

I use the mobile app, I can walk up to the booth get my keys and take off, very fast and never a line

Prebooked car, when we showed up they gave us a car that they didn t have the keys to. Why would you rent a car if the keys are missing.?

The people were nice, however it took me 2 hours to get my rental car. The other rental agencies went through their lines in no time. Avis took absolutely forever. Once I finally got through the lone it took another 40 minutes to get the keys. Terrible.

Charged me 180 per day and 135 for 45 minutes. I will never rent from avis again.
