I always enjoy renting cars from the Sacramento airport Alamo office.  Customer Service Reps are great. Cars are clean.  Great value.

Super friendly counter help, but car was filthy.  Back seat full of kids trash, carpet and back seat full of Cheerios smashed and other wrappers. Tank had quarter tank of gas, which wasn't mentioned on contract. Obviously, nobody cleaned or serviced the car after the previous renter

I was impressed when after having to wait for a longer line (Alamo is popular) I got to the desk and was there no longer than FIVE minutes! In and out of there. I appreciated that and being given an option to which car I would like to have as a rental (Way to empower to the customer). I don't recall the lady's name but she didn't try to push coverage on me and that was a plus. 

When I returned the car I was greeted by a friendly staff and he set me up with another guy (Pow was his name) who just drove us over to the terminal so we wouldn't have to use the shuttle. I had my wife and baby, along with a car seat and stroller. It made it way easier.

Thanks Alamo of Sac Airport... I'll definitely be using you guys for my next rental!

Alamo is always my first choice. They are quick, friendly, and professional. I really like their Happy Driver Deal which is basically a "take what you can get" program that allows you to get the best deal for a rental car when you pre-book.
