Horrible. Rented a car for pickup in Sac, but my train was late, and the pickup location had closed. Got a ride to the airport to see if I could get a car in that location, and they said I had two options, pay a no show fee of 150$, or "modify my reservation" for 155$, so either 150 no car, or 155 rental car, all because I got there an hour after closing...totally inflexible with travel plans, and the whole purpose of a rental car is flexibility in travel plans. Won't rent from budget again.

Even though I reserved online and specified a time, a car wasn't ready. Somebody else noted a 40 minute wait regardless of online check-in. When I finally got to my car, the exterior and interior were filthy. Notably, the mirrors were covered in water spots making it difficult to use and presenting a safety risk. Fortunately, the car operated without issue and included nice features like Bluetooth.

Car was fine. Waited 90 minutes to receive car with reservation, and 60 minutes after dropping off to simply give my email address to be emailed receipt later.

I booked the car for noon. I drove it off the lot at 2:45pm. I waited in line for at least an hour and a half. Got to the front only to be told to wait for keys. Not worth saving $20 to use this company. If you use budget you'll need to budget 2 hours for the rental pickup.

If it weren't for the fact that you can rent a car with a debit card, I would never rent from this company. Do expect for them to take money out of your account unexpectedly,  without any notice (beware debit card users). I expected for customer service to tell me how and when a specific amounts will be taken out, but all three times I've rented here they have failed to do so. Also watch for services you don't really want to be added on.  It's a pain to get refunded  (if it's even possible). Don't go at night because their system may be down. 
One neat thing is you can swap cars at any location, whenever you want.  At least that's what one employee told me.  
One star for accepting debit and one for allowing hassle free car swaps.
