Though my experience with Hertz, Raleigh/Durham, was a positive one the experience would have much, much better had there been someone present to check the car in upon my return at 9:08 p.m.  At that time in the evening arrivals have to go to the front desk to return their vehicles.  There was only one Hertz representative working at the front desk, and he worked with one customer for 20 minutes while I stood there and waited to return my vehicle - which took all of about 3 minutes.  This is a customer service issue that can be fixed if Hertz is interested in customer service.

Wow, Reggie at Hertz RDU is amazing!  I had arrived late in the evening from travel and Reggie was able to answer all of my questions with a smile [even past 12am]!!!! Thank you so much for the awesome customer service.  It is truly appreciated.

It's always a pleasure to come to North Carolina and have a friendly face great you at Hertz. This somehow only happens here and not in LA for instance. Been getting awesome upgrades for fair prices or this time even for free. 

Hertz can be proud of this location it really does function well 🚘

Great experience with Hertz at RDU airport. The entire process was efficient and the staff was friendly and polite. Easy pick-up and drop off. Drivers were waiting in the shuttle. Very happy with the car selection as well. Kudos to Justin at drop-off, he went out of his way to help me resolve issue with a scratch on my car that was not noticed at pick-up. Much appreciated!

Excellent.  I had to have car with navigation, and the Chrysler 300 had a great one, also great on gas consumption.  I had 2 young grandchildren with me for 9 days who loved it, and I loved all the safety features.
Hertz staff was very courteous, professional, and helpful.
I'll be back!
