Update 3/2018 - This visit to the location was much better, there was a variety of vehicles and to choose from and no strong odor from cleaning agents.  The vehicle was clean and I had no issues.  Thanks Hertz!

First Time I had a rental with physical body damage.  They said Gold could choose from anything on a certain row, past a line.  There was no variety at all and only 3 cars to choose from.  Whatever they use to clean the vehicles inside was not a fresh smell.  Both vehicles I got into smelled that way.  The first one had no power from the accessory adapter (after car was running) so I grabbed my bags and got in another car, this one worked, but same smell in vehicle.

Great section of cars, SUVs, trucks and  minivans to choose from. Pick your ride, drive to the exit gate, answer a few questions and drive away. Returning the rental took less than 5 minutes and I was on the shuttle to my Terminal. Helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent customer service. All of the ladies were great! I feel bad because I asked their names and now I can’t remember but I believe one was Danielle or Daniella! She was great! I liked the car! No problems at all! Quick service. Shuttle to and from the airport! Thoroughly enjoyed the service and will rent from them again!

Plenty of counter staff so no wait.  Everyone was nice.  Car new, clean and had less than 2000 miles.  Very quick check in.  Bus to and from airport was always there.  I highly recommended.

This location is literally impossible to get in touch with.  After a rather stressful week, I left my cell phone in my rental car and the only way I was able to talk to an actual human was to repeatedly call my phone until someone picked up.  After reassuring me that the return process would be quick and easy, I had to threaten to call the local police before my phone was properly entered into the lost and found system.  Being a president's circle member, I had someone from Hertz corporate try and call the location, and even they were unable to speak to an employee at this Hertz location.  I rent a car around 30 times a year, and this experience has made me seriously reevaluate using Hertz for my business travel in 2018.
