Three minute late fee...$4.31 that was because I was processed behind another driver.  $15 fee for what...not sure of.  Rental car companies are terrible and Thrifty is just like them.  Then...billing leaves at 5pm while CS stays on all night...to tell you billing has left...like I would call for anything else.  Poor experience.  I hope all major brand execs STAY where they are, cause the industry needs new companies.  Even Enterprise is a terrible experience.  Please...one company just be competent..."mean" it and deliver.  This one or two day rental business is not rocket science!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Here's the story:  I rented a car for vacation. Booked it online for $77.90. I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK, TANK FULL AND CAR CLEAN. Got charged $119. 26. That is a $41.36 Upcharge. UNBELIEVABLE. There were charges on there like FPO, which I did not agree to. There was a customer FAC charge and the tax was charged extra as well from when I booked it online. When I booked it online $77.90 included all the taxes and all the fees. I DONT UNDERSTAND. I REALLY DONT. Never rent from this company again. I'm not a first time renter, I've rented cars for years now. Always have stuck with Alamo and no problems. RENTERS BEWARE, stay away.

Horrible!! beware of a $15 per admin fee for each toll you receive!!! 

No issues with the rental car; however, I was not made aware of their toll administrative fees when I rented the car. You can opt into a a daily Toll Fee ($15.99); otherwise you pay a $15 admin fee for each toll you receive while driving the car (up to $90). Wasn't aware of this policy until 2 weeks after returning home. I'll never rent from Thrifty again after this experience. Recommend finding another rental agency.

Nice car for the price. Quick service easy return. Estimated charges matched final bill.   Way better than Enterprise or Budget.  I just wish I could Bluetooth my phone for more than just making calls.  This was my first time with Thrifty,  I'll be back.

Although the people that work at the counter are very friendly,   the car  was dirty and almost on empty. There was no one to check out the car with me before I left the lot. When I returned it, they just shrugged and laughed about the fact that I had to stop to get gas within 15 minutes of leaving. I rent a lot of vehicles and will not choose this company again. The processes at this thrifty need to be evaluated.
