Me and my wife were recently in a car accident and due to my wife's injuries we were not able to get her into my personal truck. After renting from another company I thought I might be able to get a better rate so I came into the South Ogden budget and Whitney and Becky helped me out not only did they get me a safe vehicle that made my wife feel safe they were able to do it at less than half of what the other company charge me. I was paying out of pocket waiting on insurance that's a big help. And then when I needed my rental extended a couple days Becky did not hesitate to do so at a very good rate. And because my wife is in a wheelchair since the accident getting my personal vehicle back to the store was a challenge and took me more time than I thought and Whitney was such a huge help by telling me how I could get their vehicle back without incurring extra charges. I know there's not a lot of guarantees in life but one guarantee I can make is that the South Ogden budget and probably every other Budget Rental has earned a lifelong customer due to these two great women

Sometimes having a perfectly clean vehicle isn't all its cracked up to be. Ive read some of these reviews and they honestly shock me. I was in a car accident and I honestly nearly died. The people who have left reviews prior to mine have clearly not had a ton of life experience on what you should be grateful for.... I am grateful to these people for multiple reasons! More than any, the willingness they had working with me and my husband to make me feel not only comfortable but more importantly safe in a vehicle again so I was able to get to my Dr appointments. So I guess,  don't judge them by the discontent people they've served - judge them by the people grateful to be alive and thrilled to be treated with the kindness and respect living humans expect from other humans, nobody is perfect.

Had a  Horrible experience with customer service over the phone. Did not explain debit card for says credit card and who could drive before ranking the vehicle. Which costed us extra money. The lady at the desk was very nice but cannot do anything on her own. And there was no manager to help.

Was in a hurry when I picked up my vehicle.  Car had not been cleaned.  They let me drive awAy in a dirty rental.  Bugs still all over front and mirrors, food napkins left inside, feet prints all over glass (obviously from someone with their bare feet up on dash and all over windshield).  It disgusted me.  I had to pull over and spend my own cash cleaning up. Frustrated.
