Fast and easy pick-up. We selected the car of our choice between a certain number of rows. Car had a snow scrapper which came in handy since it snowed a bit on Christmas Eve. Easy return. Left keys, they checked in and receipt was emailed. Very satisfied.

Service desk is average at best. But there check out team at gold service desk esp Rene is a super friendly and knows how to take care customer by going above and beyond to make sure customers have good exp. The airport is little disarray with all the work going on for the new terminal.. save travels!

I returned my car between 11 pm-11:30 pm before boarding my flight. Once I reached the gate, I realize I'd left my wallet in the rental car. I then attempted to call the number on my paperwork to reach someone at the front desk but there was no answer. The automatic system states that they are open from 5a-2a but once you press 9 to reach an actual person, the hours of operation change to 9a-5p. Since I was on a Red eye flight I planned to call as soon as I landed, still no answer. Long story short, there is never anyone at the front desk to answer the phone. So I tried other channels, I called the customer service department and that was also a dead end after I was encouraged by several member to "just keep reaching out" Ive called then 20+ times. So until a human being reached out to me regarding this lost and found claim I filed, I will be leaving a review every day!

There’s much to be said about how Gabby Puma restored my faith in Hertz. I have been renting from your agency ever since my days at Verizon and specially now when taking long distance road trips. She turned what would’ve been my last dealing with Hertz into a renewed business relationship. Her knowledge of the system (she managed to explain a mystery charge in seconds what three reps in California and customer care couldn’t do in over ten minutes). She understood my issues right away, all without ever losing her smile. Considering she must deal with hundreds of people in a day, I was impressed not only with her professionalism and pep, but also her knowledge and charm. She had me in and out in under five minutes. Needless to say, she is the reason I will continue using Hertz as my car rental company for years to come, both nationally and internationally.

Horrible!!!! Sitting in line that never moves. They are slow and simply lost. Customers keep coming and going from all the other rental counters but not this one. If they would just have made a little attempt at training I think their employees could have accomplished this much quicker. They are very very slow.
