These folks are in a real hurry to get their car back, even though it was rented on my behalf by my insurance company as a replacement vehicle while my own car was being worked on after an accident. I received three phone calls about the return date in about two weeks, even when I had clearly provided them that information at the time of renting (my car was going to be 5-6 weeks in the shop). To top it all off, they called the dealer where my car is being serviced, and spoke with someone who wasn't able to give them the proper information, then called my insurance company and told them that my car--which was in for repair--could not be located. This prompted my insurance company to call me in to ask if I knew where my car was, me calling the dealer and trying to locate it, leaving messages for people telling them I will be reporting it to the police as a missing vehicle, and so on... While we were able to get it sorted out later on, I was told that this was because my insurance company had insisted on this information (a disinformation tactic) whereas it was something my own insurance company arranged, and since my insurance company is in touch with the repair shop directly, this is clearly none of Hertz's business in the first place. Overall, my rental experience with Hertz is exactly the kind of hassle no one expects when renting a car from a car rental company.

Customer service was decent. But, the car we were given was filthy, inside and out! I got in the car, and my eyes started itching. I noticed there was dog hair on the seats, and slobber on the back of the head rests. And yes, I'm allergic to dogs. I feel bad for anyone that has to rent a car from this place!!

Worst service ever! I was hit, by someone else, and State Farm forces me to use them. Not only did they say they cannot pick me up, but they put me in a car that was filthy.  The car reeked of B.O., there was dirty foot prints and animal hair all over the seats, peices of food all over the seats and floor, and I couldn't see out the back window from all the dirt. They told me that it was all they had available and I would have to pay the difference to get a different car. State Farm backed them up. I will never use them again and I am so glad State Farm is not my insurance company!

I had a great experience here. Super helpful and kind service, car was ready for me at 8am. I did call the day before to make sure it would be ready, I think that helped.

Literally any other rental location on the planet would've been better than this. I called to have them pick me up at the body shop down the road and they told me I couldn't do that and the body shop had to be the one that called and requested that I be picked up.... Come to find out that's not the policy and they came to pick me up finally. 
They then give me the keys to the car and it's FILTHY. It looked and smelled like a family of 5 lived in the car for the last month. Their excuse was it was the only car they had and it just came in from the weekend and they didn't have time to clean. 
Go anywhere else.
