Excellent experience with enterprise! Customer service was great. The representatives were friendly and efficient. They want to make sure you are happy and all of your questions are answered. Great experience and I will return.

Kamish helped me with my rental and he was awesome. Another rental place had made choices for me and pressured me. Never got that with him. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. He helped me make the choice that would help me and my family. We had our rental for just over two weeks. Great experience, great staff. Will only rent from here!

I am going to give this 4 stars but only because of the staff. I reserved a car while my car was being repaired. I asked to be picked up at 430 but then called to see if they could come at 415. I was told that would not be a problem. I waited for 50 minutes to be picked up. I called twice during that time and was told the first time that they should already be there to get me. The second call they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I got the car went through the check of and such. Got in the car and noticed a strong odor of old ladies perfume and cigarettes. The staff was very apologetic for coming so late. When I complained about the smell, he was again very apologetic. He wanted to make things right and took care of me. Update Sept 2017- I decided to try again. My experience was MUCH better! the truck was ready to go, they had it on a full tank, in and out quickly. Drop off was easy. Will use them again!

It was a great and simple experience. They explained everything very well and made sure I was comfortable. Drop off was even easier and they were willing to drop me off somewhere.
