The attendant working at this location misrepresent the terms of the contract we signed. Our fight was delayed a whole day, so we didn't pick up our vehicle until the next day. The attendant told us not to worry, that she would not charge us for the lost day. She also said that she would allow us to have my husband as an additional driver without charging us anything extra. We thought, oh how kind and what a wonderful company. The attendant told us to sigh the contract, but assured us she would take care of everything as promised. After returning the vehicle we saw that Thrifty had charged our VISA card an extra $224.59 for an extra driver (which we would not have agreed to) and Thrifty did not refund us for the lost day. I phoned Thrifty to explain what had been promised to us, but they refused to return us our money. It would appear that they offer a lower price and then scam the customer. I will never use Thrifty again.

Horrible and dishonest - avoid like the plague. You book and pay for one thing and they get something much less. They Thrift staff try to charge you extra for what you already paid for!!! Crooks! Never use Thrifty again for sure. Junk company and horrible customer service.

I have been renting from Thrifty from this location for years with no issues.  This time I was in a fender bender and needed to replace the rental.  Thrifty took care of it with no issues in less than 15 minutes at the airport.  Outstanding.

I would absolutely NOT use this car rental place! They should not even get one star! I rate them a ZERO! My sister rented a car with car seats from them. The infant car seat was faulty. While my sister was driving, the baby sat completely upright because the strap was broken. Luckily my sister was able to see this before the baby got hurt! When she called Thrifty, they said she needed to bring the car seat back to the rental place an hour away to exchange it. She told them she wasn't going to put her baby back into a faulty car seat to return it. They told her to find someone to watch her kid  while she returns it. Hello?! She is out of town renting a car with car seats! Duh! Who is she supposed to have watch the baby? They basically just told her to figure it out. I bet they will even try to reuse this junk car seat! Don't trust Thrifty with your precious babies! And if for some reason you decide to use them, TRIPLE CHECK YOUR CAR SEATS BEFORE YOU USE THEM! Even if they look okay, they may not be!!!

HEARTLESS - If there were a negative 10 rating that is what I would give.
I was not feeling well and my girlfriend drove me back to the airport to return the rental .  The attendant told her to leave the keys in the car. What she did not realize is that my keys FOB $200 and my medication case were attached to the keys. We got to the gate and realized what had happened. Raced back to the lot and explained what happened, told them I need to take medication. They said well they just drove the car off to another lot to clean it.  So best to call later. Had to get on my flight . they were no help.    Well I filled out a report and have been calling for a month now and no one will help.  The keys are listed on the website as found but no one to help. Now I have been told they are not responsible after 30 days.
NEVER AGAIN-
