The car and product was fine and the process of booking online was straight forward and easy enough.

Reason for giving 3 stars instead of 4 was that the pick-up process wasn't particularly clear or well marked, which caused things to take longer than necessary. It was not clear what people with and without reservations needed to do, between queue up in line to meet with a rep or use the computer terminals on the side to check in. More signs or explanations would have been helpful to streamline.

Also, slightly annoying, but have gotten three emails asking me to leave a review online. Starts to edge on spam.

Fast and friendly service. The branch manager John even emailed me to make sure I was pleased with everything. Trying to find good service with great prices today seems hard to do when renting cars. Enterprise was great!

This location was clueless.  Not only did they not work with me despite the fact that I was an employee of an international company that did business with them.  I arrived in Salt Lake City with and gained that knowledge that the person in charge of my rental car for the next 3 days would not be present.  Enterprise had no knowledge of our rental agreement, had no knowledge of our backup plan, and had no idea of our rental agreement.  After realizing this, they refused to rent us a car without one of our personal credit cards, and even upon return, insisted upon charging it to a personal credit card, despite the common knowledge and repeated insistence that it was to be paid by our corporate.  In short, this location did no attempt to accommodate us, and did even less to ensure we were satisfied.  I would sooner rent out of my own pocket to a company such as Hertz or Avis than rent from Enterprise again.

Our experience with Enterprise was positive.
We rented in Salt Lake a relatively new Buick
and drove the car to Montana, South Dakota,
Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois,
Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington DC,
Maryland, New Jersey, and New York.
As we checked in several times en route to the 
local Enterprise offices, we have met only very
helpful and courteous representatives.
In Denver they offered to clean the car, which was much appreciated. At the final return destination in Brooklyn, the account took all but five minutes to settle.
Performance of the Buick car was faultlessly and we encountered no problems at all.

We would like to engage Enterprise Car Rental 
on our next trip to cross the Country East to West.

Excellent experience.  Staff from check in to getting the vehicle were friendly, pleasant, and helpful.  Vehicle was in perfect condition, clean and ready to go.  Even had the ice scraper which was needed the week I had the vehicle.  

Checking the vehicle back in was so smooth and easy.  Took only 5 minutes.  Again staff was friendly and helpful.  Was asked if I had any problems or concerns.  

All in all a great experience and will look to Enterprise next time I am in Salt Lake City.
