Quick and effective vehicle rental option conveniently located in Cinco Ranch. Fast and professional service; Affordable rate; Vehicle type was suitable and closely matched my selection made during reservation. Vehicle was also clean and well maintained. I would definitely use this location in the future.

Economical car rental. No hidden costs or incentives to make you spend more, like happens with some competitors. Cars are not pristine though. Some scratches here and there, and not totally clean.

I was visiting my sister in TX and had been trying, without success, to get a car from another, well known car rental company. I was guaranteed a car (from the other company) just the day before and when I called to be picked up, they told me there was no car for me. I waited the whole day to hear back from them, only to call them, be treated rudely and hung up on (reminder to check up on that complaint to Enterprise). I vented to my brother in MD and he told me to call Budget. Budget isn't widely used in MD that I know of and at the time I needed to be picked up, and I didn't know they had that service, but I did call them. They guaranteed me a car the next day. I went and received a car by friendly people quickly and with ease. No hoopla, no foolishness, no run around. It was the simplest process for renting a car I'd ever been put through. I would definitely use Budget again, recommend them to everyone and NEVER even think of that other rental company again. Budget truly saved my visit to TX. Tell a friend!!! 
They do cost a small bit more, but for good service I'd pay that in a second again and again. AND I don't think I have been officially charged yet to my debit card.... hopefully nothing fishy happens with that. I'll surely come back to edit my review if they try to get over on me. 

Back... I have been charged. And I believe it was about $10 less that I was quoted. GO BUDGET. Me love you long time!!! :)

Terrible customer service, over priced, changing rental rates from the time you talk on the phone to the time you get there. This was all supposed to be part of an insurance claim, but the incompetents were trying to charge me for the entire rental, after this was all set up with insurance. they have made this way more stressful than the actual collision repairs!
